Softheon to Exhibit and Present Managed Care Cloud at AHIP’s National Conferences on Medicare, Medicaid & Duals

Softheon to Exhibit and Present Managed Care Cloud at AHIP’s National Conferences on Medicare, Medicaid & Duals

STONY BROOK, N.Y. September 21, 2017 – Softheon, proven leader in cloud-based health insurance exchange integration and remediation, will attend and exhibit at America’s Health Insurance Plans’ (AHIP) National Conferences on Medicare, Medicaid & Duals being held at the J.W. Marriott in Washington, D.C., from September 24-28.

Gartner’s annual Hype Cycle tracks and measures the maturity and adoption rates of various technologies relevant to the U.S. healthcare payer industry. “When the U.S. Congress passed the Affordable Care Act, it became clear that U.S. healthcare payers would need to adopt many of the business practices and technologies of direct-to-consumer industries,” according to Bryan Cole, Research Director at Gartner. “While some of these healthcare-specific barriers are becoming more manageable, the broader cross-industry trend toward intelligent, coordinated, digital interactions with customers is accelerating,” Cole added.

Bringing together policymakers, scholars, thought leaders, and industry stakeholders, this year’s national conference will be an excellent opportunity to advance ideas on Medicaid and Medicare reforms, cloud-based technology, and the future of Medicaid.

Softheon’s Founder & CEO, Eugene Sayan, along with Jane Good, Principal, JGood Advisors, and the former Executive Director of Aetna’s Consumer Business Operations and Technology Solutions, will be hosting the Monday morning breakfast session:

Next Generation Medicaid Carrier IT and Operations
A Cloud-Based Approach to Innovation
September 25th, 8 am.

This session will begin with an updated review of CMS supported State submissions of 1115 Waivers. To follow, you will hear about the Medicaid Administration Software as a Service (SaaS) and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS), new models for the execution of Medicaid health plan technology and operations.

Softheon is uniquely qualified to share relevant expertise and thoughts during this event focusing on Medicaid, Medicare & Duals. Softheon’s MITA 3.0 compliant Medicaid Administration Cloud platform is designed for states and MCOs to execute financial management, delinquency & reconciliation, SSNRI, and WRAP program management. Members of the Softheon team will be present at this year’s conference, eager to demonstrate Softheon’s proven solutions suite at table 26
