October 25, 2017 – Softheon, a national leader in cloud-based health insurance exchange distribution and services, announced today that it has been selected by Access Health CT, Connecticut’s Health Insurance Marketplace, to facilitate its Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) to enhance their consumer experience with real-time health insurance products and services.
