The Texas-based, provider-sponsored health plan fully implemented the entire product suite in 17 days.
A community health plan with over 20,000 Marketplace members, Sendero has served the needs of central Texas’ medically underserved population since 2011. The organization was seeking a solution to improve its business processes, with a specific focus on plan enrollment and payment reconciliation.
