Innovative Private Exchange Model Lets Members Contract Directly with Providers to Offer Low-Cost Access to Meaningful Care; Up and Running in Under 60 Days

HCI selected Softheon’s Clarity exchange platform, Remedy enrollment management system and Equity payment solution for OBT for their comprehensive out-of-the-box functionality and ability to give members a clean and compelling comparison and shopping experience. Softheon’s solutions empower members to manage their own accounts, giving them the ability to easily understand the differences between plan options so they can select the plan that best fits their needs. Intuitive self-service functionality reduces OBT’s administrative burden, improves efficiency and enhances member satisfaction.
