Softheon's Response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Softheon is committed to the health and safety of our employees and customers. As you know, we suspended all travel and in person meetings as of March 5th, moving to virtual options to limit exposure potential for our employees, customers, and their families. As such, we are monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation and have asked that all employees work remotely for the immediate future,
As a technology organization, our infrastructure is fully capable of handling a virtual operation for as long as this situation dictates. Our standard operational model includes many measures to ensure the safety of confidential data, work product, and information such as secure single sign-on with two-factor authentication and secure VPN access.
In the unlikely event that a negative occurrence impacts our business operations, specifically those that will directly impact your customers, we will contact you promptly.
We will continue to be “open for business” and our employees and our services will remain functional and accessible.
