The health and safety of Softheon’s clients, partners and employees, as well as our clients’ members, has always been our highest priority. To take precaution against the growing impact of COVID-19, Softheon has strongly encouraged all employees to work from home. We have also suspended all non-essential travel.
Now more than ever, however, access to quality healthcare is of the utmost importance. We remain steadfast in our mission to make healthcare affordable, accessible and plentiful for all.
As a technology company powered by robotic process automation, our operations will not be disrupted, and our clients’ members should expect to have access to the same high quality of care and support. We will continue to implement our business continuity plans with clients and partners.
In addition, we remain flexible to the changing needs of the healthcare community. Should a member need an elongated grace period or the ability to enroll in a special enrollment period due to the virus, our technology is configurable.
We will continue to monitor and share updates from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and local authorities.
Softheon keeps those directly affected by the virus in our thoughts and appreciates our clients and partners’ cooperation in protecting our communities.
