Softheon Booth and Sessions

This year, Softheon will be highlighting newly added features of Softheon Verify, our Asset Verification System. Softheon Verify is the very first AVS to determine assets for Health and Human Services for both Medicaid and SNAP. Most recently, the platform has been modified to allow other state agencies and State-Based Marketplaces (SBMs) to use it for Identity Management, Employment and Income verification, as well as Social Services fraud work (child support, alimony collections, etc.). In order to meet new CMS mandates, Softheon Verify AVS is available for immediate procurement through a state Reseller Agreement through our NASPO contract. We’ll also be conducting a speaking session on West Virginia’s comprehensive AVS solution, supported by Softheon. You can expect a discussion on our streamlined process, and an explanation of our straight-forward MMIS integration.  Our team of experts will be at booth 14 to share insights into Verify and the newly added integrated analytics platform designed to support Medicaid officials, and answer any questions you may have.

Softheon Speaks

  • A Blueprint for States: Executing Medicaid Expansion and the ACA will be led by Michael Sasko, Vice President of Government Solutions at Softheon, Rosemarie Day, President of Day Health Strategies, and Amanda Schipp Of Council, Kreig DeVault LLP on March 19th at 2:45pm-3:45pm on the 3rd floor (Tubman A & b). The team will discuss a blueprint for states looking to either expand Medicaid or establish a State-Based insurance offering. Our esteemed panel will discuss what resources are required to start, execute, and operate either of these programs.
  • West Virginia Asset Verification Services (AVS) journey to meet both the CMS Mandate and new state SNAP Legislative requirements will be led by Robert Miller, Managing Director of Healthcare Reform at Softheon and Jon Cain, Interim CIO of West Virginia.
