Deciphering the QHP Certification for Carriers Looking to Participate in Multiple State Exchanges
This session will focus on the Qualified Health Plan (QHP) certification process as it relates to the coordination of data-collection efforts and technical implementation of state health benefit exchanges. The speakers will address CMS and NAIC SERFF guidelines and relate experience gained from participation in the Massachusetts Commonwealth Connector. The speakers will also discuss how multi-state carriers can participate in several state health benefit exchanges using the common exchange plan management platform functions.
